Dr. Denise Morris, PhD
Dr Morris has 15+ years of experience in drug development across discovery, preclinical, and clinical research. My work has contributed to numerous studies and successful drug approvals, spanning diverse treatment modalities and organizational settings. In addition to my technical expertise, I have led initiatives in project management, business development, and learning and development. I excel at navigating complex projects, mentoring emerging talent, and bridging theory with practice in clinical pharmacology and drug development.

Dr. Sandra McDonald, EdD
Dr. McDonald is an accomplished global citizen, a dynamic transformational leader currently serving as an independent healthcare consultant. Her career spanned across the United States of America, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas. She most recently served as the Healthcare Quality and Wellness Manager at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Nassau, Bahamas, where she successfully developed and implemented the Authority’s Quality and Wellness program
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Management (HIM) and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration, both from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. Additionally, she holds a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
Dr. McDonald served as VP of Quality & Standard at Doctors Hospital, Nassau, Bahamas, for several years, and strategically laid the foundation for the health system to become the first healthcare organization in the Caribbean to be accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI). As the first and only African American to chair the HIM Program at Florida International University, she successfully served as Program Director and Assistant Professor for 8 years.
As a seasoned and accomplished Healthcare Consultant, she has provided leadership, training, coaching, mentoring, process improvement, workflow management, and employee & physician engagement for various healthcare organizations in the United States and the Bahamas.
